What are DTF transfers?
DTF transfers are an innovative printing technology in which special inks are printed onto a carrier film and then coated with a hot-melt adhesive. Through heat and pressure the design is transferred to the textile – without any cutting or weeding.

Processing instructions
Quick guide: press and peel DTF transfer with hotpeel adhesive
1. Preparation
- Make sure the heat press is preheated to 150–165°C .
- The textile to be printed should be dry and lint-free .
- Position the textile on the press and smooth it briefly (2–5 sec.) to remove moisture.
2. Press the transfer
- Place the DTF transfer with the printed side down onto the textile.
- Press with medium to high pressure for 10–15 seconds.
3. Hotpeel removal
- Open the press and peel the carrier film immediately and briskly in one even motion.
- If parts do not release well, you can press the film again lightly and peel again.
4. Optional: Repress for better durability
- To improve wash resistance, you can cover the design with Teflon or baking paper and repress for an additional 5 seconds.

1. Preparation
- Make sure the iron is set to approx. 150–165°C (cotton/setting 2–3) .
- Turn off the steam function! The iron must be dry.
- The textile should be dry and lint-free – preferably smoothed briefly beforehand.
2. Iron on the transfer
- Place the DTF transfer with the printed side down onto the textile.
- Place baking paper or a thin cotton cloth over the transfer to protect the design.
- Press the iron firmly onto the transfer paper and hold it in place for 10–15 seconds each (do not move back and forth!).
- Repeat until the entire area is evenly heated.
3. Hotpeel removal
- Peel the carrier film immediately and briskly in one even motion.
- If parts do not release well, you can briefly reheat the area and then peel.
4. Optional: Refix for better durability
- Place baking paper over the design and iron it again for approx. 5–10 seconds .
