Shipping costs and payment

All packages are shipped as insured parcels with DHL, GLS, or DHL Express.

You will receive a tracking code from us with every order. This allows you to check directly on which day and at what time your package will be delivered. You can usually use this information to specify a preferred delivery date or to change the date already specified.

Overview of shipping costs & delivery countries

** Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These are not charged by us and must be paid separately.

When specifying the total delivery time, we calculate delivery times of approx. 1-3 days by parcel service. Within Germany, delivery takes approximately 1-2 working days after dispatch. We have no influence on the actual delivery time for normal parcels. For the “Express Parcel” shipping method, the guaranteed delivery time by the parcel service provider is 24 hours within Germany.

For deliveries to a Packstation, DHL Parcel must be selected. The total delivery time (production + shipping) is displayed for each product on the product page. Delivery times are calculated based on the quantity of products selected in the shopping cart and displayed directly on the product page.

If you would like to pick up your products, you can do so at our location in Teltow (near Berlin). In this case, simply select “Pickup” as the shipping method during your order. The shipping costs will be clearly indicated on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory sales tax and other price components. Within the EU, intra-Community deliveries of goods are exempt from sales tax for companies. In this case, please provide your VAT ID number when placing your order. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, country-specific customs charges may apply. This applies, for example, to deliveries to Switzerland. Please note that we have no influence on customs charges.
