Ich hatte leider die falschen Größen bestellt, weil ich nicht daran gedacht hatte, dass bei den verschiedenen Herstellern die Größen unterschiedlich ausfallen. Es ist da ganz wichtig auch die Maße in der Größentabelle zu beachten. Bei einer Standardgröße S mit 45cm an der Brust kann es sein, dass man bei manchen Herstellern eine XL bestellen muss, da die S dort nur mit 36,5cm bemessen ist. Ich schrieb gleich nach meiner Bestellung eine E-mail an den Help-Service, in der Hoffnung, dass es noch möglich ist die Bestellung ändern. Die Mitarbeiterinnen haben sehr schnell und herzlich geantwortet und konnten meine Bestellung vor dem Bedrucken noch ändern. Heute sind die T-shirts angekommen und ich bin wirklich sehr begeistert. Es passt alles und sieht einfach ganz wunderbar aus. Dankeschön :-)

Alles super gerne wieder. Info: Die Shirts sollten vor dem ersten Gebrauch gewaschen werden. Die Qualität ist klasse. Auch das gedruckte Bild, sah sehr gut aus.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit Shirt-King. Der Kundenservice war freundlich, schnell und hat sich wirklich Mühe gegeben. Bei meiner Bestellung wurde ein Problem mit der Druckdatei festgestellt. Anstatt das Motiv einfach zu drucken, wurde ich darauf hingewiesen und die Datei sogar kostenlos überarbeitet. Das finde ich alles andere als selbstverständlich. Die Kommunikation war transparent und ich habe mich jederzeit gut betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service – ich würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen!
