Shipping Costs and Payment

All parcels are shipped as insured packages with DHL, GLS, or DHL Express.

You will receive the tracking code from us for every order. This allows you to check directly on which day and at what time your parcel will be delivered. In most cases, you can also use this information to specify a preferred delivery day or reschedule the already announced delivery date.

Overview of Shipping Costs & Delivery Countries

** For deliveries to Switzerland, customs duties and import charges may apply. These are not collected by us and must be paid separately.

When specifying the total delivery time, we calculate with parcel service transit times of approx. 1-3 days. Within Germany, delivery takes place in approx. 1-2 working days after dispatch. For standard parcels, we have no influence over the actual transit time. For the shipping method "Express Parcel," the parcel service provider guarantees a transit time of 24 hours within Germany.

For deliveries to a Packstation, DHL parcel shipping must be selected. The total delivery time (production + shipping) is displayed for each product on the respective product page. Delivery times are calculated based on the quantity of products selected in the shopping cart and are shown directly on the product page.

If you would like to pick up your products, this is possible at our location in Teltow (near Berlin). In this case, simply select "Pickup" as the shipping method during your order. The shipping costs will also be clearly communicated again on the product pages, in the shopping cart system, and on the order page.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Within the EU, intra-Community supplies of goods are VAT-exempt for companies. In this case, please provide your VAT identification number during the ordering process. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, country-specific customs charges may apply. This affects, for example, deliveries to Switzerland. Please note that we have no influence whatsoever on the collection of customs duties.
