Social and Environmental Responsibility

Acting responsibly is a central part of our activities in textile finishing. Therefore, we have established structured and risk-based due diligence processes with which we systematically identify and assess potential environmental and social risks along our supply chains as well as in our own finishing processes. 

On this basis, we derive — where necessary — appropriate measures to adequately address identified risks. These include, among other things, the regular review of relevant business partners as well as internal processes. Our environmental policy provides the binding framework for our actions in the area of environmental and resource protection. 

It defines our goals and principles, in particular with regard to the responsible handling of chemicals, energy, water and emissions. In addition, specific requirements, responsibilities and procedures are set out in internal policies and procedural instructions. These are reviewed regularly and as needed and are continuously developed. Our processes are oriented towards applicable legal requirements and recognized industry standards.
