Which printing method is right for your T-shirt?
Depending on your design, material and order quantity, we use different printing techniques – because not every method is the best choice for every project.
DTG Printing
Direct-to-Garment is ideal for detailed designs, gradients and small to medium runs. DTG printing delivers a particularly soft feel and a premium look.
DTF Transfers
Direct-to-Film offers high flexibility and strong color opacity on many materials. Especially suitable for logos, smaller designs and also for polyester textiles.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is the best solution for large quantities, high durability and attractive unit prices for bulk orders – especially for designs with fewer colors.
You can specify your preferred printing method when placing your order – or we’ll choose the optimal solution for you. All printing is produced in our in-house textile printing facility near Berlin, and we ship your order across Europe. Please also check our care instructions to ensure your T-shirts stay in great condition for a long time.
How should you prepare your T-shirt print files?
If you want to print your T-shirts, you don’t need to worry too much about your artwork. We check every file before production to ensure your design is printed in the best possible quality.
If anything is unclear, we will contact you before printing. And if you are not satisfied, our satisfaction guarantee applies.
Our certifications: GOTS and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100
If you want to print custom T-shirts, you should not only focus on the design, but also on the quality and sustainability of the textiles. That’s why we deliberately use organic cotton and other eco-friendly materials for many of our products. For sustainable T-shirts, we generally recommend items from Stanley/Stella. These are free from harmful substances – good for your skin, fair for workers in production countries and safe for our team during processing. Our digital printing is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified. On request, we can also print your textiles according to the GOTS standard. This way, you receive custom printed T-shirts that are not only stylish, but also sustainable and certified.

Which printing methods does Shirt-King use?
We mainly print T-shirts using screen printing and digital printing. Screen printing is ideal for high-quality results at attractive prices, while digital printing is perfect for colorful designs, small runs and a soft feel.
All methods are durable, free from harmful substances and suitable for both light and dark textiles.
How are T-shirts printed at Shirt-King?
We print T-shirts using digital printing with Aeoon and Kornit systems, as well as DTF printing with leading industry equipment.
We also offer high-quality screen printing, which is especially attractive for larger quantities.
Our in-house production in Teltow near Berlin ensures consistently high quality and fast turnaround times.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order from just 1 piece. This makes us perfect for single items as well as bulk orders.
How sustainable is your T-shirt printing?
You can choose: Do you want shirts made from organic cotton or conventional cotton? We offer both – depending on your needs. Most styles are available for men, women and often also for kids.
The inks we use are certified according to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, free from harmful substances and environmentally friendly. On request, we also offer printing according to the GOTS standard – just get in touch.
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard production time is just a few days and is shown on the product page. We also offer express production on request – just contact us!
Can I upload my own logo or design?
Yes, of course! You can easily upload your design in our configurator – as PNG, SVG, PDF or JPG. We automatically check your file and print it on your product.
Which T-shirts are available?
We offer a wide range of T-shirts in different colors, fits and qualities – from basic shirts to premium textiles. Most are available for men, women and often also for kids. We also offer matching sweatshirts.
You can choose from brands like Stanley/Stella, Jack & Jones, Fruit of the Loom and many more.
Many of our T-shirts are sustainably produced, including options made from organic cotton.
Can you produce for my clothing brand or online shop?
